Calvary MOPS Registration To register for our MOPS group you will need to fill out a registration form for yourself and a Moppets registration form for each of your children. You will also need to include a $30 registration fee (checks should be made out to Calvary E Free Church). You can either bring the forms and fee to a meeting or you can mail them to: Calvary Evangelical Free Church, 12700 N. Sheridan Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020.
