Steering Team Leaders At the core of the Calvary MOPS ministry is a team of committed members called the Steering Team Leaders, who set the tone for our MOPS group. These ladies have a vision for what God wants our group to be. Steering Team Leaders are the ladies that plan and then work together to prepare for MOPS & MOPPETS activities, events, and monthly meetings. Each MOPS mom is assigned to a discussion group and remains in that group for the year. Each group is lead by a MOPS member called the Discussion Group Leader. They set up food schedules, make phone calls, send cards, and do lots of other great things to show how much "they care". These remarkable ladies willingly share with others from their own experiences and insights regarding parenting preschoolers. They are available to talk and to mentor one-on-one or in a small group.
